These collars are 1/4 inch wide, 1 row of bright rhinestones. Top Quality Collars that Look GREAT! Each collar is made of two layers of very pliable, durable vinyl. The underside that is next to your dogs skin is soft and almost suede-like. Collars are stitched, NOT GLUED.

8" has 8 rhinestones, 10" has 12 rhinestones, and 12" has 17 rhinestones.
Metal fittings are also riveted through both vinyl layers, NOT GLUED.
