It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any unused item you may return it for exchange or refund of your purchase price as long as the product is unused, in
its original packaging and resalable.
Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return in its original condition, we will issue a
credit less our original shipping costs and a restocking fee if applicable.
If you need to return any item please follow these instructions:

for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of item. Please include your order number and billing name.
- Return your purchase in the same packaging it arrived to you in. Enclose a copy of your packing list. We suggest that you use a shipping method that offers you insurance and tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Once your package has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund on the items. Your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee per item.
All returns must be received within 30 days from return authorization date.
Up to 15% restocking fees may be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer's return policy and dependent upon circumstances such as, but not limited to, resalable condition, cost of replacement or repair of any product
damage sustained from uninsured return shipping or loss thereof.
Customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs on any unwanted item. Mandatory 15% restocking charge and return freight on exchanges and returns may apply, depending on manufacturer. Please contact us first for Return
instructions.
Exceptions to this return policy :
- Gift Baskets are custom assembled within 24 hours after order submission and not subject to cancellation. Customized gifts, gift baskets containing food items and treats are not returnable unless products are damaged during shipping.
- Dog Clothes are made to order by our manufacturer to the measurement specifications provided by our customers. Please measure your dog carefully before ordering. Any return item on clothing will be handled in a fair manner by Pampered Dog Gifts, but we reserve the right to refuse a return based on incorrect measurements.
- Clearance, treats and other perishables are final sales and non-returnable.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. ("return shipping"
includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to Pampered Dog Gifts)
- Pet Carriers, Beds, Blankets and Dog Houses - Please note the dimensions and weight limitations for each
carrier, choosing the appropriate size for your pet carefully. Due to standard health regulations we cannot
accommodate returns or exchanges of carriers or beds.
- Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each items description. This also
includes personalization of any kind.
Returns due to mis-measurements on clothing, collars, etc. may be accepted but shipping costs will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If you received Free shipping on your order, our actual shipping cost will also be deducted from any refunds, credits or exchanges.
Please measure and choose collars and clothing carefully!!
No customized items are returnable under any circumstances.
Pampered Dog Gifts will also honor a limited 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all the products that we sell, however we cannot accept returns for damaged products that have been used such as collars, pet steps, clothing, etc. when we have no way to determine the cause of the damage.
In these cases, we will try to work with our customers on replacing the item if it was determined that damage was not due to misuse by our customers.
Dog Stairs
- All returns require an authorization number
- Shipping fees are non refundable. In the case of Free Shipping our actual shipping charges will apply. Shipping costs vary by product from approx. $10 to $46
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless product is defective
- All returns incur a 15% restocking fee for standard orders
- Animal print orders have a 25% restocking fee
- Returns without a Return Authorization (RMA) will incur a 30% restocking fee
- Returns that are obviously used will incur a 50% restocking fee
- All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date
- Returns must include RMA number, customer name, dealer name (RNC Web Enterprises, Pampered-Dog-Gifts), item number
LOST, UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Should your order not arrive within it's appropriate time frame, please
contact us. You must
notify us within 15 days of the appropriate delivery indicated within the items description. We are
not responsible for notifications after that time.
Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reship charge. This will be our actual shipping charges from the selected carrier. ANY parcel denied, refused, never picked up or not accepted in any manner after it has been shipped, will be charged a restocking fee. Simply stated
as: upon the packages return to us, you will receive credit of that item(s) cost minus the shipping and handling (non-refundable) and a 25% restocking fee per item will be added.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE GOODS
For damaged or defective goods, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To receive compensation (store credit) or replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to make your claim.
