Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or product information due to a typographical error or incorrect manufacturer information RNC Web Enterprises shall have the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for these products with incorrect information. RNC Web Enterprises shall have the right to refuse or cancel these orders whether or not your order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled RNC Web Enterprises shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax

RNC Web Enterprises shall automatically charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to Texas. Each customer shall be responsible for sales taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
